Standing 6-foot-4, Jy'Son Mallard has developed into one of South Georgia's most complete guards. A three-level scorer with the ability to initiate the offense, create for teammates, and defend multiple positions, the Long County senior blends production with leadership. Mallard earned All-State honors in Class AAA during the 2025-26 season and has shown he can control the pace of a game, shoulder the scoring load when needed, and elevate those around him. As the Blue Tide's captain and primary ball handler, he highlighted that ability with a 40-point performance against Brunswick while continuing to establish himself as one of South Georgia's top senior guards.
